Comments: Upgraded 5 days out from reservation to a metropolitan suite. Upon arrival, room was not ready and had to wait 2 hours. The front desk comped a coffee and put me in a 2br Residence Suite on the 24th floor. Nice room and great butler service.

Comments: My first St. Regis stay, and was pre-booked into a Metropolitan Suite as an upgrade. At checkin, the front desk person was very friendly and helpful, and upgraded me to a Caroline Astor suite. Probably the nicest hotel room I’ve ever had, and it’s a great combination of large size, quality furnishings, and tasteful design. Possibly my new favorite hotel in Bangkok, certainly so for when I want to relax in the city.

Comments: Previous guest checked out at 6pm so I was given a Grand Deluxe corner room meanwhile. Fantastic view and floor-to-ceiling window room, I almost preferred it to the twice as big suite!
