Comments: Hotel was fully booked because of large conference. I had a suite night request for executive suite which was rejected. At check in i was informed of upgrade to the apartment for longterm stays. Nice 3 room and 2 bathroom flat with fully equipped kitchen located on the 5th floor with views to the palace of culture& science. Truly recomendable room for longer stays as well as shorter ones.

Comments: This time I was kind of disappointed. Got a Business room on the 4th floor, while rooms (not to mention all kinds of suite too) on the club floor were still available to book. It did not even have a slipper, but at least a real water boiler.

Comments: One room upgraded to Jr.suite 5 days prior our stay. Additional 2 rooms upgraded to business rooms. Friendly staff and great breakfast and evening hors d’ouvres at lounge once again. Jr. Suite just a little bigger room than basic rooms, nothing special with that.
