Comments: Previous stays had been during high occupancy periods, so only circular rooms. This time, they pre-blocked a suite a few days out, and on arrival, they said they were checking it (since it was a smoking suite). Given the standard of housekeeping at this property, I don’t have any concerns about smoking rooms (as a non-smoker); it’s cleaner and less-smokey than most non-smoking rooms. This is the most to-my-personal-taste suite I’ve ever had in Bangkok (a Caroline Astor suite at St. Regis was awesome, but a bit more stuffily luxurious than I’d decorate myself) — I’d probably live here full time if I could.
