Comments: Comments: Checked in late so just wanted to get in to my room after a long day. However the front-desk did not acknowledge my status because the number was not in the reservation, weird. But when I got in to my room I found a welcome letter acknowledged my status with some fruits, chocolate and a bottle of Voss. Actually I’ve never expected any welcome gifts beside points, breakfast or drink voucher at Starwood hotels or at least in Europe.
