Comments: Booked Traditional King and asked for a Suite at check-in and was initially told that they didn”t have any, but was then told that it was being cleaned and that I could try back around 4pm if I wanted to wait. I was in no hurry so I said that was fine. Received an ”Accessible suite: King Bed, Non-smoking, 714 sq ft / 66 m².”
