Comments: Located on the 30th Floor. Didn’t have to ask for a Suite. Breakfast (Continental) offered but at the table the served full breakfast. Very fast WLAN (or LAN Access). I even updated my Iphone and Ipad to the latest Software Version within 10 minutes. Excellent Service. Perfect!

Comments: The W Taipei remains not only the one W Hotel property I will ever stay at, but my favorite Starwood property worldwide. Top notch service with an always can-do attitude and ‘no’ is rarely heard. Although the Marvelous Suite was not available on the first night, the front desk clerk blocked a suite for me on night two, approved my request to do breakfast for 4 on the second morning (instead of breakfast for 2 each morning), the hotel moved my luggage to the new room during the day while I was out, and the same front desk clerk recognized me the next evening before I finished walking to the counter and had my new keys ready.

Comments: I just love the loyalty recognition they give at this hotel. Almost every stay for me is booked at the lowest available rate to the lowest available room category and end up upgraded to their standard suite with a welcome back note and nice evening snack compliments from the GM. My colleague – SPG Gold – received 2 category upgrade from Wonderful Room to Spectacular Room.
