Comments: Was upgraded to a premium deluxe room, despite check on SPG that suites were available that day and my check-in time was 9pm done at the Exec Lounge. Cash and Points stay. One night. They had a welcome back card for me in the room. My last stay with them was June 2006, so am impressed they kept my stay records for more than 7 years. Wild have been more impressed if they had upgraded me to a suite since its my first stay with them as a Plat. Don’t get me wrong, the Premium deluxe room is good. If I was traveling alone, I would be ok with it but I was with my spouse and we would appreciate a bigger space

Comments: It maybe semi failure. Deluxe suites available online. And bookable for 3 rooms !!!!! I also check this WGS in foward month , Suite on this hotel have two type but same size. They Call Deluxe suites and Excutive suite (suite with club benefit). How ever at hotel website this day Lowest standard rate jump up to 5500++ THB but nearby SPG hotel like aloft and 4P price not jump up. IMO it maybe this hotel attack by tourist group like i found in Westin phuket. In evening club was full of guest, in morning club also full guest,include restaurant in fl.7. Staff in club is good(not great)service.

Comments: They did a great job. No need to ask for a suite. Complimentary full breakfast at 7th floor restaurant for 2 guests plus 500 starpoints. Excellent value. Overall a good stay.
