Comments: I always get treated well at this hotel. I always get full Platinum recognition. If they have a suite , they give it. The “worst “room I ever received was a Club room. The lounge is closed this week and they gave full buffet breakfast in the restaurant, which is much better. The Club breakfast is pretty poor, so I am happy to get a buffet breakfast.
