Comments: Booked a Suite, got a suite. No upgrade beyond that. I’m hesitant to call this a failure. No standard rooms were available at booking.

Comments: Checked in and the front desk clerk specifically said “Let me check for upgrades” then came back with “all full”. Checked the SPG App and they were selling King Suites (the standard suite here). Asked again, said they didn’t have any inventory. Comp’d me $10 a day parking instead. At this point, I’m not going to make a stink about it. I’ll take the word that it’s sold out. The standard king room is pretty nice as it is.
